เนื่องจากงานที่ผมทำอยู่ตอนนี้ เป็นงาน Training ที่ต้องใช้ Skill การแปลภาษาเป็นอย่างมาก เพราะทีมที่หลักที่มาเป็นผู้สอนมาจากหลากหลายประเทศเลย เช่น USA, Ireland, Indonesia, Demark แต่ทีมที่ถูก Train เป็นทีมไทยล้วนๆ เพื่อเป็นการประหยัดทรัพยากรในการแปล ทีมต่างชาติเลยมองหา Tool ที่มาช่วยแปลเอกสารจำนวนมาก แน่นอนว่ามันไม่ดีเท่ากับเอาคนมานั่งแปลหรอก แต่ว่าอยากน้อยเราต้องดูว่า Tool มันมาช่วยเราได้มากน้อยแค่ไหน และตัวไหนจะดีที่สุดสำหรับเรา

จาก 6 ตัวอย่างที่ผ่านมาดูเหมือนว่า ChatGPT จะทำงานดีที่สุด แต่ก็ขึ้นกับ Prompt และ Context ด้วย
Google Translator ทำได้ดีรองลงมา เรียกว่าพอไหว
ส่วน Microsoft Translator (Bing) ผมไม่แนะนำให้ใช้เนื่องจากมักจะทำความผิดพลาดมากกว่าตัวอื่น ๆ รวมถึง Typo ด้วย ถ้ามีคนไทยมารีวิวอาจจะพอได้ แต่ถ้าต่างชาติทำ เค้าจะไม่สามารถมองเห็นจุดนี้ได้เลย
และนี้ก็เป็นสิ่งที่ผมเรียนรู้จากการ แปลทั้งผ่าน AI และ Translation tool
