ลองให้ Chat GPT วางแผน Usability Testing

There are several ways to recruit participants for a usability test of an online banking platform for business and corporate customers. Here are a few options:

  1. Online Surveys: Use online survey tools (such as SurveyMonkey or Qualtrics) to reach a large number of potential participants. Target small business owners and corporate account managers by advertising the survey through online platforms such as LinkedIn or industry-specific forums.

  2. Personal Contacts: Reach out to personal contacts, such as friends, colleagues, or industry contacts, who fit the criteria for participants. Ask them if they would be interested in taking part in the usability test.

  3. Social Media: Use social media platforms (such as Facebook or Twitter) to advertise the usability test and recruit participants. Use relevant hashtags and target small business owners and corporate account managers.

  4. User Testing Platforms: Use user testing platforms (such as UserTesting or TryMyUI) to reach a large number of potential participants quickly. These platforms allow you to target specific demographics and recruit participants for remote usability tests.

  5. User Research Panels: Use user research panels (such as UserZoom or WhatUsersDo) to reach a large number of potential participants. These panels have pre-recruited participants that can be targeted based on specific demographics, behaviors, and interests.

It's important to note that you should be transparent with the participants about the nature of the usability test and the time commitment required. Also, consider offering an incentive (i.e. monetary compensation or a gift card) to the participants in order to increase participation and motivation.{codeBox}

Here is a sample of screener questions that can be used to identify potential participants for a usability test of an online banking platform for business and corporate customers :

  1. Are you currently responsible for managing the finances of a business or corporation?

  2. Have you ever used an online banking platform for business or corporate accounts?

  3. Are you currently in the process of considering switching to a new online banking platform for your business or corporation?

  4. Are you comfortable using a computer and navigating the internet?

  5. Are you available to participate in a usability test for approximately one hour on a specific date and time?

  6. Are you willing to sign a consent form before participating in the usability test?

  7. Are you willing to share your screen and audio during the usability test?

  8. It's important to note that these are just sample questions and the screener questions will depend on the specific goals and objectives of the usability test.
It's also important to keep the screener questions short and to the point in order to reduce participant drop-off.{codeBox}

Are you currently in the process of considering switching to a new online banking platform for your business or corporation?"

  3. View account balance: Participants will be asked to locate and view their account balance on the platform.

  4. Transfer funds: Participants will be asked to initiate a funds transfer between accounts on the platform.

  5. Pay bills: Participants will be asked to pay a bill using the online banking platform.

It's important to note that these are just sample tasks and the specific tasks will depend on the features of the online banking platform being tested and the goals and objectives of the usability test.

It's also important to consider the difficulty of the task, if it's too complex it might discourage the participant and if it's too simple it might not provide enough insights.{codeBox}

In Thailand, there are several methods for transferring funds that can be tested in a usability test of an online banking platform for business and corporate customers. Here are a few examples:

  1. Interbank Funds Transfer: Participants will be asked to initiate a funds transfer between accounts held at different banks in Thailand.

  2. Real-time Electronic Funds Transfer (RTGS): Participants will be asked to initiate a real-time funds transfer between accounts held at different banks in Thailand.

  3. National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT): Participants will be asked to initiate a funds transfer between accounts held at different banks in Thailand using the National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT) system.

  4. Mobile banking: Participants will be asked to initiate a funds transfer using mobile banking feature, this feature is becoming more popular in Thailand as more people use smartphones and prefer to use mobile banking applications instead of traditional methods.

  5. International Funds Transfer: Participants will be asked to initiate a funds transfer between accounts held in different countries.

  6. Bill payment: Participants will be asked to pay bills using the online banking platform, this feature is widely used in Thailand for paying bills such as electricity, water, telephone and more.{codeBox}
It's important to consider the context of usage and the most used methods of transfer by the target audience, so the tasks can be relevant and provide valuable insights.

It's also important to ensure that the online banking platform being tested supports the specific transfer methods that are being tested. {codeBox}

It's important to provide a realistic scenario, this will help the participant to understand the task better and be more motivated to complete it.

It's also important to make sure that the scenario prompts are consistent with the tasks so they can be easily understood by the participant.{codeBox}

  6. Video or Face-to-face verification: The user will need to undergo a video or face-to-face verification, which can be done through a video call or by visiting a local branch.

  7. Wait for approval: The user will need to wait for the bank or financial institution to approve the application, which can take several days.

  8. Activation of the account: Once the application is approved, the user will need to activate the account by following the instructions provided by the bank or financial institution.

  11. It's important to note that eKYC process is becoming more popular in Thailand, as it is more secure and convenient for users, as well as for banks, as it reduces the need for physical documents and face-to-face verification.

Also, it's important to keep in mind that some banks may have different rules and regulations for foreigners who want to open a bank account in Thailand.{codeBox}
